At Mode Designs, we stand behind the precision and quality of our premium mechanical keyboards and peripherals. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start your request.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all switches, keycaps, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
